How the Vegas Golden Knights Stanley Cup Championship team was built

The Vegas Golden Knights captured hockey’s ultimate prize a few short nights ago. I thought for the occasion this would be a great time to look at just how this team was built since it is undoubtedly unusual. This list won’t include every player but it will include the 19 in the lineup from the Stanley Cup final and a few other players that made good contributions throughout the season even if they didn’t crack the lineup at the end.
